Download the package here that you are able to extract on yours system and extract it to your webserver
remember to read the README.txt file, it has some important info
Default username/password
You have to edit the includes/config.php file with your database settings and the username/password your want, the defaults are:
Username: AdminUser
Password: AdminPassword
